  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Warm water
  • Oil for frying

For the Shark:

  • 1 lb Shark fillet, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp Chief Fish Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chief Green Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chief Salt
  • 1 tsp Chief Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chief Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chief Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chief Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Flour (for dredging)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

For the Bake:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, Chief Baking Powder,  Brown Sugar, and salt.
  2. Rub the Butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each ball into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Fry each dough circle until they puff up and turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

For the Shark:

  1. Season the shark pieces with Chief Fish Seasoning, Chief Green Seasoning, Chief Salt, Chief Black Pepper, Chief Garlic Powder, Chief Lemon Pepper Seasoning, and Chief Paprika. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Dredge the shark pieces in flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shark pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
